How to read the bands?
First bands are digits, next is the multiplier (number of zeros), last is tolerance; gold means ×0.1 and ±5%.
4 or 5 bands?
4-band uses two digits, 5-band uses three for tighter precision; select the count to match your part.
What is Ohm’s law?
V = I × R and P = V × I: give any two of voltage, current, resistance to get the rest.
